Refunds

Bob King for Texas-21 (the "Campaign") is subject to federal campaign finance laws, and as such it may not accept contributions from any of the following prohibited sources:

• Corporations, including nonprofit corporations
• Labor organizations
• Federal government contractors
• Foreign nationals
• Contributions in the name of another

The Campaign will use its best efforts to identify contributions that might fall under a prohibited source, and if so identified, will refund the contribution.

Federal campaign finance laws also limit the amount that can be donated to the Campaign by individuals in any election cycle to $3,300, or to $6,600 by a couple.  A federal multi-candidate political action committee may contribute up to $5,000 to the Campaign.  Any contribution in excess of these limits will be refunded.

Any legal contribution is the property of the Campaign once received, and the donor has no rights to any refund of a legal contribution.  The Campaign may, at its sole discretion, elect to refund any legal contribution from any donor.
